摘    要:针对LF炉深脱硫处理周期长的情况,分析了搅拌能力、渣组成及熔池温度与脱硫速度的关系,并通过试验,研究出了相应措施,使LF炉处理周期缩短了4~5min,确保了多炉连浇。

Abstract:The relationships among stirring ability, slag constitute, molten pool temperature and desulfurization speed are analyzed based on the fact of long deep desulfurization treatment period in LF. The corresponding measurements to shorten the period 4~5 minutes have been studied through the experiments and multiple converters continuous casting can be ensured.
