油管漏磁无损检测中的磁化、剩磁及退磁技术

摘    要:根据油管漏磁无损检测的特点,分析了油管的磁化作用和其中存在的剩磁。针对油管剩磁的危害性,提出了油管退磁的基本方法,包括直流退磁、交流退磁和复合退磁,认为复合退磁效果优良。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of tubing-magnetic-leakage detection,tubing magnetization and residual magnet in it are analyzed.In consideration of the situation of tubing detection line in No.2 Operation Section in Zhongyuan Oilfield,a basic method for tubing demagnetics is given,a composite demagnetic system is designed.Application indicates that the demagnetic system is effective with the residual magnetics controlled below 20G.
