电信网管性能资源数据管控系统的研究和设计

性能资源管理是电信运营支撑系统中的重要组成部分,直接影响到电信运营商的服务质量。性能资源管理具有数据量巨大、厂商接口种类繁多的特点,性能数据从厂商设备生成到电信网管侧呈现的过程中,数据经多次传送,会发生数据时延、缺失、异常等情况,运营商对性能数据的高效管理面临较大难度。目前大型网络管理系统对于性能数据的管理以被动的报表查看为主,只能实现简单的数据查看操作,网络维护人员无法直观判断性能数据的准确性,运营商急需性能管理系统在业务支撑上有新的突破。本文主要依据中国移动通信集团广西有限公司原有监控方法,以提高性能资源数据的准确性为目的,按照新的数据稽核理念研究和设计了一套比较完善的稽核监控系统。

How to Audit and Monitor the Performance and Resource Data of the Management of Tratfic Network

The performance and resource data of traffic network management become delayed,lacking and abnormal after multi-transmittance.And it will be inspected by maintenance department through different ways for improving data veracity.According to new audit theory,a whole new systemic audit inspection method is put forward in this paper based on traditional inspection method.
