基于DSP的直流斩波调速系统设计

摘    要:针对传统电机车电阻调速时消耗大量能量的缺点,设计了以DSP为控制核心的直流斩波调速系统,该系统通过调节单相六重BUCK斩波器的占空比完成前级直流变换,采用转速和电流的防积分饱和PI调节,完成斩波器调速的双闭环控制,实验表明该系统具有良好的动静态性能,相对于基本斩波电路具有很强的抗干扰性和实用价值。

Abstract:Aiming to the disadvantage which most energy is depleted in traditional resistance regulated DC motor,a speed regulation system of DC motor based on DSP is proposed.In the system the single-phase six multiplex BUCK chopper is used to realize the former DC conversion by adjusting ratio,rotate speed and current PI regulator preventing integral saturation are introduced to accomplish double-loop control of chopper speed regulation,experiments indicate the system has well dynamic and static characteristic,the high anti-jamming characteristics relative to the basic BUCK circuit and practical merit.
