| 摘 要： | 结合高等学校实际情况，提出了开发试卷库管理系统的方案，设计了相应的逻辑规则及其流程工作模式，并阐述了在VB平台下结合数据库实现系统所采用的主要技术和算法，该系统的开发为高校实现“教考分离”提供了一种新方法。

| Abstract: | The author here designs a scheme to develop a test paper library management system considering the actual situation of colleges and universities.The corresponding logical rules and its operation flow pattern are designed,and the major techniques and algorithm to realize the system are described with VB platform and database system.The development of the system provides a new method for the universities to realize 'Separation of Teaching and Examing'. |
