摘    要:建筑能耗将是我国未来能源消耗的主要增长点,建筑节能技术的研究与应用将对我国能源消费产生深远的影响.介绍了我国建筑能耗的基本现状,提出了建筑节能的基本原则和基本技术措施,并针对家用空调的特点,提出了对家用空调冷凝热进行回收利用的观点,并利用热回收系统加热生活用水.详细阐述了家用空调冷凝热回收的节能技术以及对我国的建筑节能工作产生的积极影响.
