| 摘 要： | 石墨烯是二维结构的纳米材料,被认为有望替代硅作为新的半导体材料,因此石墨烯成为热点研究对象之一。在实际应用中石墨烯通常需要加工处理成薄膜等外形,本文将综合评述目前常用的石墨烯薄膜的制备方法,并介绍石墨烯薄膜制备方法的特点。
