RFID技术应用于集装箱领域的解决方案分析

摘    要:首先讨论了电子标签应用到集装箱领域的特殊性,指出了由于标签直接附着于集装箱金属表面而出现的天线设计和阻抗匹配难的问题。通过分析,详细阐述了集装箱金属面反射波对标签信号传输的影响。提出了可行的解决方案并对其进行了讨论,进而提出了适用于集装箱的恶劣工作环境的RFID标签封装形式。

Abstract:This article firstly discusses the special characteristics of RFID tag used in the field of containers,points out the difficulty of antenna design and impedance matching for RFID tag directly attaching on the metal surface.In the paper,the influence of reflected wave from metal surface on the signal transmission is detailed described,and the possible solution of solving this problem by separating medium is also put forward and discussed.Finally,the packaging form suitable for the bad working environment is put forward.
