| 摘 要： | 铸件充型过程对铸件的质量有着重要的影响.铸件充型过程的数值模拟可帮助人们更清楚地了解铸件充型过程中金属液的运动状态及温度场的分布.本文主要对充型过程数值模拟中的数值方法的发展过程、自由表面的处理方法的演变以及各种紊流模型的建立等问题进行了总结,并对充型过程的进一步研究发展进行了展望.

| Abstract: | The mold filling is of importance for the castings' quality. We can know how the liquid metal flows in the mold and the attribution of the temperature field more clearly through the numerical simulation of the model filling process. Some developments in this field were summarized in this paper, such as the algorithm in the simulation, the means of dealing with the free surface, and also the turbulence models. The author forecasted the development in this area as well on the base of the former analysis. |
