木质素磺酸钠与丙烯酸接枝共聚

摘    要:研究了木质素磺酸钠与丙烯酸接枝共聚反应及其反应机理 ,确定了优化的工艺条件 ,并对产物的结构进行了红外光谱分析 ,同时测试了接枝共聚物在水煤浆中的分散稳定性能。结果表明 ,该反应的优化条件是 :m ( Fe SO4 ) /m ( H2 O2 ) =4% ,反应温度 70~80℃ ,丙烯酸用量为 8%。在优化条件下制备的接枝共聚物可使水煤浆的粘度明显降低 ,而且浆的稳定性也有明显改善

Abstract:The graft copolymerization of sodium lignosulfonate with acrylic acid has been studied.The optimal reaction conditions have been selected in the experiments and the structures of the products have been analyzed by FTIR spectra.The dispersion stability of the coal slurry with the graft copolymerization products has been determined.The result shows that the products synthesized under the optimal reaction conditions could signifiantly decrease the viscosity and improve the stability for the coal slurry.The optimal reaction conditions were as follows:FeSO 4/H 2O 2=4%;the reaction temperature 70~80 ℃,acrylic acid 8%.
