形变奥氏体连续冷却相变后α晶粒尺寸的预测

摘    要:基于相变动力学和热力学原理,提出了变形γ→α连续冷却相变后α晶粒尺寸的预测计算方法.用该方法进行的计算机模拟计算结果和实验室轧制实测结果相当吻合,表明这种理论计算方法是可行的.

Abstract:Based on the transformation kinetics and thermodynamics an algorithm for predicting ferrite grain size after continuously cooling transformation from deformed austenite to ferrite was suggested. Calculated results of computer simulation wtih the algorithm are in so good agreement with the measured ones in the pilot experiments, that the theoretical algorithm is feasible.
