煤制甲醇项目净化工艺分析

摘    要:介绍了用于煤气净化的低温甲醇洗技术和NHD技术,对低温甲醇洗和NHD以及林德、鲁奇和大连理工大学的3种低温甲醇洗工艺进行了分析比较。结果表明,大型煤气化装置产生的合成气净化采用低温甲醇洗技术,优于NHD技术;林德技术较适用于德士古气化流程;鲁奇技术较适用于SHELL与鲁奇气化流程。

Abstract:The rectisol technology and NHD technology for gas purification are introduced and compared with other technologies in this paper.Three kinds of rectisol technology,which come from Linde,Lurgi and Dalian institute of technology respectively,are compared and analyed,and the analytic result shows that,synthetic gas purification using rectisol technology is superior to NHD for large-scale gasification plant,Linde technology is more applicable for texaco gas process;Lurgi technology is more suitable for SHELL a...
