摘    要:本文讨论制备了以聚砜(PS)中空纤维为支撑层,以聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)为表层的PDMS/PS复合膜,考察了制膜液条件和操作参数对于分离炼厂干气中的氢气的影响。

Abstract:The polydimethylisiloxane(PDMS)/polysulfone(PS) composite hollow fiber membranes for the process of hydrogen recovery from refinery dry gas is investigated. The effects of some factors, which are the PDMS, catalyst and cross-linker concentration,on gas separation performance of composite membranes were discussed. The influences of feed flow rate, feed pressure, partial pressure of hydrogen in permeated gas and temperature have also been considered and analyzed.
