数控曲线带锯机的数控系统设计

摘    要:介绍了MJKS365型数控木工曲线带锯机的结构、工作原理以及数控系统的工作原理与设计要求。对设计的PC-BASED数控系统的试验表明,该系统可以完成板材的曲线锯切,该系统工作时只需要输入设计好的AutoCAD文件,不需要人为的编程,使用方便。

Abstract:According to the structure and processing principle of MJKS365 numerical control woodworking curve brand saw,the general working principle and design requirements of numerical control curve brand-saw system are introduced.PC-BASED numerical system shows that it can well accomplish the curved plank saw-cutting.The system is very convenient to use that it only needs the designed AutoCAD file instead of complex programming.
