| 摘 要： | 从评标方法中的合理最低评标价法入手,探讨了在评标中综合评估法评标和经评审的最低价法评标的人为因素对评标结果的影响,分析了产生的原因,提示应从哪些方面引起重视,从而减少人为因素对评标过程的影响。

| Abstract: | From the reasonable lowest price method in the bidding methods,the paper explores the influence of human factors in comprehensive evaluation and bidding method and the lowest price on the bidding results,analyzes the reasons for the influence and points out some parts which should be emphasized on,so as to reduce the influence of human factors on bid evaluation process. |
