The development of engineering change sheet managing software in enterprise

The engineering change sheets (ECS) are focused on in this paper. The purpose is to convert those paper files to electric files in enterprises, and to apply statistic theory. EC information can be counted automatically, and browsed as reports by all engineers at the same time. The reports can be printed and exported as HTML conveniently. The results can be stored in the enterprise net. It will provide designers with references and make designing easy. The developed database manager system and picture inquiry function will be convenient for the administrator to maintain the system , also for engineers..
