柠檬酸/高级脂肪醇合成柠檬酸酯及其乳化性能的研究

摘    要:采用直接酯化法合成了柠檬酸酯,讨论了原料物质的量比、反应温度、催化剂种类及浓度等因素对产物转化率及酯含量的影响,并对最终产物进行了红外光谱和液相色谱分析以及乳化性能测定。

Abstract:Citrate was synthesized by direct esterification in this paper. The effect of molar ratio of reactants, reaction temperature, type of catalyst and concentration on the product yield and including esters had discussed. Its aim - product was analysized by IR, HLPC and determined the properities of emulsifying.
