调速器飞锤支架全渗碳层深度的研究

摘    要:对几种典型飞锤支架用钢进行渗碳、淬火回火,分别用金相法和硬度法测定渗碳层深度,通过对检测结果的对比分析,探讨了其平衡组织中60%铁素体处的渗层深度、硬度为513 HV处的渗层深度及硬度法测定的全渗碳层深度之间的对应关系,并分析了材料的淬透性、淬火工艺参数及淬火介质等因素对渗碳硬化层深度的影响,其结果为飞锤支架渗碳淬火的生产过程控制、现场检测提供了依据.

Abstract:The depth of the carburization layers of several typical kinds of steel after carburizing,quenching and tempering for the hammer-trestle was determined by using method of metallography and hardness,through the comparison and analysis of the results,the relationships between the depth of the carburization layers in the position of 60% ferrolites in the steel statenchyma,the depth of the carburization layers in the position of the hardness 513HV and the depth of the overall carburization layers determined by hardness method were discussed.The influernce of the quenching level of the materials,parameters of quenching technics and quenching media,etc on the depth of the hardness layers was analized.The results provide basis for the control of the process of carburizing and quenching of the Hammer-Trestle and for on-the-spot examination.
