摘    要:根据螺旋埋弧焊管的实际生产情况,从人员、设备、材料、工艺和环境5个方面分析了影响焊管生产工序的主要因素,运用模糊数学理论和层次分析法建立模糊评价模型,并结合工程实例,进行模糊决策。结果表明:该方法能够减少主观因素确定权重的弊端,对焊管工序进行客观的安全评价,使得评价和决策结果更科学、更精确,为开展相关工作提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract:According to practical production situation of SAWH pipe,this article analyzed main factors influencing welded pipe production process from 5 aspects,covering personnel,equipment,material,techniques and environment,set a fuzzy evaluation model by using fuzzy mathematics theory and analytic hierarchy process,and fuzzy decision was made in combining with engineering case.The result showed that this method could reduce the disadvantage from subjectivity and make an objective evaluation on welded pipe process,therefore,the result of evaluation and decision is more scientific and precise,and this will provide certain theoretical proof for relative work.
