热定形对超亮光涤纶长丝染整加工的影响

摘    要:在超亮光涤纶染整加工过程中,探讨了热定形温度和时间对4种不同截面形状的超亮光涤纶长丝热收缩性能和染色性能的影响。结果表明:在热定形温度120~220℃,热定形时间45~90 s条件下,经热定形后,4种纤维的临界溶解时间均显著增加,热收缩率大幅度降低,纤维表面光泽变化不大,上染率提高;经200℃热定形后,相比圆形和扁平形纤维,三角形和三叶形纤维的上染率提高更为显著。

Abstract:The effects of heat setting temperature and time on the thermal shrinkage properties and dyeing property of super-bright polyester filaments with four different cross section shape were discussed during the dyeing and finishing process.The results showed that the critical dissolution time was profoundly increased,the thermal shrinkage was considerably decreased,the surface brightness changed little and the dye up-take was improved as these four filaments was subjected to heat setting treatment at 120-220 ℃ for 45-90 s;as compared with circular and flat filaments,the triangle and trilobal filaments had the dye up-take improved more considerably after heat setting at 200 ℃.
