便携式管道外对口器坡口矫正分析

摘    要:为了解决复杂工况下管道对焊坡口的整形问题,运用ANSYS对双对称丝杠滑块机构的便携式管道外对口器进行有限元分析。分析了在一系列载荷作用下管道及对口器的变形情况和应力分布,结果表明,Ф325mm×8mm管道在8MPa载荷作用下发生塑性变形,此时对口器的等效应力强度远小于屈服应力,未发生塑性变形。该对口器的最大承重能力为24MPa,最大能够矫正椭圆度为2.6%的变形管道。

Abstract:In order to solve the groove profile problem of pipe butt welding under complicated working condition,using portable pipe external aligning device with ANSYHS bisymmetrical screw slide mechanism to conduct finite element analysis,analyzed deformation and stress distribution of pipeline and aligning device under a series of load.The result indicated that plastic deformation occurred in Ф325 mm×8 mm pipeline under 8 MPa load,and the equivalent stress strength of aligning device was far less than that of yield stress,plastic deformation did not occur.The maximum bearing ability for this kind of aligning device is 24 MPa,and it can rectify deformation pipeline with the maximum roundness 2.6%.
