| 摘 要： | 以83 dtex/36 f涤纶假捻变形丝(DTY)为例,借助X射线衍射法和差示扫描量热法分析了同一机台不同时间生产的涤纶DTY试样的结晶行为,探讨了涤纶DTY染色不匀的原因。结果表明:DTY试样的结晶速度存在差异是其染色不匀的主要原因;DTY试样的结晶速度快,则其结晶度高且结晶结构不匀,条干不匀率大,导致其染色性能差;反之,则染色性能好;生产中控制涤纶DTY的条干不匀率小于3.0%,DTY染色均匀。

| Abstract: | Using 83 dtex/36 f polyester draw textured yarn(DTY) as an example,the crystallization properties of polyester DTY samples of different batches produced on the same machine were analyzed by X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The reasons for the uneven dyeing of polyester DTY were discussed.The results showed that the difference in crystallization rate of DTY samples was the primary reason for uneven dyeing;the high crystallization rate led to high crystallinity,irregular crystalline structure and high yarn irregularity,which resulted in the poor dyeing behavior;conversely, the favorable dyeing behavior can be obtained;DTY can be dyed uniformly when the yarn irregularity of polyester DTY was |
