HFW焊管焊接质量主要影响因素分析

摘    要:从原料、管坯边缘状况和焊接工艺3方面系统地分析了影响HFW焊管焊接质量的主要因素,指出焊接速度、焊接功率、V形角、挤压量等焊接工艺参数之间的相互影响关系。通过实例分析了焊接缺陷的形成原因,给出了提高焊管产品质量的办法,同时阐明了焊缝金属流线分析和化学成分分析对现场产生的重要指导意义。另外指出,阻抗器位置和感应线圈到焊接点的距离对焊管焊接质量也有一定的影响。

Abstract:The article analyzed systematically the main factors affecting HFW pipe welding quality from raw material, tube blank edge condition and welding process, pointed out the interaction relationship among welding process parameters, such as welding speed, welding power, V shape angle, extrusion quantity and etc. It analyzed the forming reason of welding defects through the actual practice, provided method for improving welded pipe quality, and expatiated the important guiding significance of metal lining analysis and the chemical composition analysis at site production. Moreover it pointed out the impedor position and the distance from the induction coil to the welding point will affect welding quality.
