Abstract:TiO2 nanotube array has great potential in photovoltaic applications because of its large internal surface area,excellent electron transfer and good light scattering ability,which would promote the light-harvesting of photo anodes.TiO2 nanotube arrays prepared by anodization are highly ordered,vertically aligned to the substrate with high degree controllability.Here we present a review of the preparation of TiO2 nanotube arrays and their application in photovoltaic cells,especially in sensitized solar cells...
