| 摘 要： | 用煮漂一浴法取代传统的煮练、漂白两浴两步法,对全棉纱线进行前处理.所得纱线白度和毛效均较高,强力稍低但相差不大,染料上染率也有所提高.该工艺减少织物失重,节约成本,且减少废水总量.

| Abstract: | The pretreatment of pure cotton yarn was carried out using one bath method substituted conventional two bath and two step method in scouring and bleaching process. As a result, the whiteness and capillary effect of treated yarn were higher, while the strength was lightly lower, and increased dye up-take, decreased loss weight, saved cost, less wastewater was obtained. |
