摘    要:针对某车型车箱开裂问题,采用Hyper works软件的Hyper mesh模块对3D模型进行网格划分并建立了有限元模型,对开裂部位进行CAE仿真分析,并进行了改进和试验验证.结果表明:改进后的方案满足设计要求.

Abstract:Aiming at the cracking problem of a car vehicle,the Hyper Mesh module of Hyper Works software was used to mesh the 3D model and establish the finite element model.The CAE simulation analysis was carried out on the cracking part,and the improvement and test verification were carried out.The results show that the improved scheme meets the design requirements.
