阀系参数对汽车减振器阻尼特性的影响

摘    要:为了高效研究汽车减振器阀系参数变化对其阻尼特性的影响。以汽车广泛使用的非线性液压减振器为研究对象,结合减振器阻尼元件受力分析,运用MATLAB软件建立减振器特性仿真模型,通过仿真数据与台架试验数据拟合度分析验证了所建模型的可靠性;进而利用仿真模型对减振器阀系展开敏感性因素分析,得到了对阻尼特性影响显著的阀系参数;研究了3个速度段的减振器阀系影响因素。结果表明:复原及压缩节流阀片对减振器低速工作影响显著;复原及压缩弹簧及阀片组对减振器中速工作影响显著;复原及压缩孔开孔面积对减振器高速工作影响显著。

Abstract:In an effort to effectively examine the influence of variations in valve parameters of automobile shock absorbers on the damping characteristics,takes the widely-used nonlinear hydraulic shock absorbers as the research object,the force of damping elements of the shock absorbers was analyzed,the MATLAB software was applied to set up a simulation model for shock absorber characteristics,and the reliability of the model was verified via curve fitting analysis on simulation data and bench test data.On top of that,the simulation model was further used to carry out sensitive factor analysis on the valve system,thereby obtaining valve parameters that have significant influence on damping characteristics.The influence factors of shock absorber valve system in three velocity segments were studied.The results show that the rebound and compression throttle valve disc can significantly influence shock absorber low-speed work,the rebound and compression spring and valve disc group can significantly influence shock absorber medium-speed work,the rebound and compression hole area can significantly influence shock absorber high-speed work.
