| Abstract: | How to prevent malignant bid in highway construction is a new problem at the present time, censor the ingress condition strictly, analyse the cost in reason, enhance the level of drawing up the highway engineering budget and eliminate unfair quoted price, this paper brings forward the way how to prevent malignant bid in highway construction, in order to ensure smooth implementation of highway engineering. |
