摘    要:采用Na3PO4辅助水热法合成了单晶WO3纳米棒,通过SEM、TEM、EDX和XRD等手段对产物进行了表征.研究了其他无机盐(Na2SO4、NaNO3和NaCl)对WO3纳米晶形貌的影响.实验发现WO3纳米棒的形成与添加Na3PO4密切相关,当Na3PO4的添加量达到50g时,在这个反应体系中可以制得质量较好的WO3纳米棒.

Abstract:Single-crystalline WO_3 nanorods were fabricated by a hydrothermal method in the presence of Na_3PO_a.The properties of products were characterized by SEM,TEM,XRD and EDX.The effects of other alkali salts(NaC1,NANO_3 and Na_2SO_4)on the morphologies of WO_3 nanocrystals were also investigated.The resuts show that Na_3PO_a plays an important role in synthesizing the WO_3 nanorods.As the content of the assisted Na_3PO_4 reaches 50g,the WO_3 nanorods synthesized in this reaction system have better quality.
