| 摘 要： | 喜河坝址以上流域洪水由暴雨形成,流域暴雨量大,强度集中,洪水汇流速度快.根据区域暴雨洪水特性,参考历史洪水记载及调查成果,采用皮尔逊Ⅲ型曲线计算设计洪水,并采用同频率组成法及典型年组成法进行设计洪水地区组成。
