全干式除尘及余压发电工艺技术方案研究

摘    要:针对攀钢3#高炉异地大修的场地情况,开展了高炉煤气除尘及TRT系统的工艺研究,在满足高炉生产需要的情况下,优化了除尘系统方案,实现了TRT干式直接启动和干热煤气的直接供应,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益,也为今后高炉煤气除尘及TRT系统的建设提供了经验。

Abstract:In the light of the site(outside of Panzhihua) for overhaul of No.3 blast furnace of Panzhihua Iron & Steel Co.,the research on the dusting process for blast furnace gas and the TRT system process were carried out.Under the condition that it met the needs of blast furnace production,the plan for dusting system was optimized and direct dry start-up of TRT and direct supply of dry and heat gas were realized,which achieved significant economic benefit and social benefit.It also provided experience for dusting of blast furnace gas and construction of the TRT system in future.
