水泥混凝土制品重金属浸出的环境影响分析

摘    要:由于熟料不是水泥的最终使用状态,采用水泥熟料与水泥制品为研究对象判断实际环境中水泥混凝土的浸出有很大的差异。用水泥制品判定实际环境中重金属元素的浸出比用水泥熟料更具有合理性目前国内采用熟料作为研究对象来进行重金属浸出毒性实验。针对掺杂废弃物的水泥混凝土制品进行重金属浸出实验分析,采用模糊评价法分析浸出液对水体造成的环境影响。结果表明:废弃物掺量为13%的混凝土中重金属浸出液的含量达到地表水环境质量的二级标准,不会对水体造成污染。

Abstract:As clinker is not the real cement product, there is very big difference between clinker's leaching and cement product's leaching in actual enviroment. The heavy metal leaching of cement is more rational than that of clinker in normal environment. At present, clinker is the mainly object used in the toxicity experiment of heavy metal leaching in China. The paper analyzed the cement product that contains wastes and evaluates by using the experimental method of heavy metal leaching. It also analyzed the leach ate impacting on the water body with the method of fuzzy assessment. The result indicats that the heavy metal content of the concrete containing 13% wastes attained the first class of surface water standard, and would not impair the quality of water body.
