摘    要:由于储层物性差、注水悬浮物含量超标等原因,常造成注入压力高,注水井欠注。酸化解堵是解决问题的有效手段,但该作业工作量大,费用高,措施有效期短。微压裂技术是将清水作为压裂液,提高施工压力使储层附近形成微裂缝,达到注水井增注的目的。该技术适用于因近井污染造成注水不足,储层能量下降的注水井,具有措施简单、作业费用低、效果明显的特点,能有效降低注水井视吸水指数,在渤海某油田取得良好的应用效果。

Application and Evaluation of Micro-fracturing Technique in the Injection Well of Bohai Oilfield

Abstract:Poor reservoir physical properties and excessive content of suspended solids often cause high injection pressure and insufficient injection in the water injection wells. Generally, acidification unblocking is an effective means to solve these problems, but the large workload, high cost, and short valid period limit the widespread use of this technology. In this regard, the micro-fracturing technology (MFT), by using clear water as the fracturing fluid to form micro-fractures near the reservoir to boost yield, provides a new avenue. The MFT is applicable to the water injection wells in which near-well pollution has resulted in the insufficient water injection or the reservoir energy decreased, and is characterized by easy operation, low operation cost and obvious effect. And it can effectively reduce the apparent water absorption index. The good effect has been demonstrated by the application in the wells of Bohai Oilfield, eastern China.
