摘    要:隔水导管是海洋钻井关键部分,确定合理的下入深度对于安全钻完井作业具有非常重要的意义。随着WX油田开发,针对隔水导管下入深度问题,此文根据隔水导管不同工况,建立了基于钻井液安全循环和基于最大地层承载能力导管最小入泥深度计算模型,提供了计算方法及步骤,该计算模型指导了北部湾WX油田隔水导管入泥深度设计和现场施工作业,满足了开发的要求。

Study on the Minimum Driving Depth of Riser in WX Oil Field in Beibu Gulf

Abstract:The riser is a key part of offshore drilling, and it is very important for safe drilling and completion to determine the reasonable entry depth of the riser. With the development of WX oilfield, in view of the problem of entry depth of the riser, based on this mathematical model, and combined with different field operating conditions, the calculation model of minimum mud penetration depth based on drilling fluid safe circulation and maximum formation bearing capacity conduit is established, and the calculation method and steps are provided. This model can be used to guide the design of riser and the drilling operation in WX oilfield, and can meet the requirements for development.
