地板辐射采暖系统的传热性能研究

摘    要:根据地板辐射采暖的特点建立了传热过程的数学模型,用有限差分法对模型进行了求解。经过实测和理论计算,确立了地表温度、地表热流密度与供回水平均温度、管间距、装饰层材料之间的定量关系,并对理论计算结果与实验数据进行了对比分析,验证了理论结果的正确性,为工程应用提供了理论依据。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of radiant floor heating,a mathematical model of the heat transfer process was established and was solved numerically with the finite difference method.By analyzing the results of theoretical calculation and testing,the quantitative relationship between the designing parameters such as the temperature distribution and the heat flux on the floor surface,with the pipe span,water temperature and the floor surface material is obtained.The theoretical results and the experimental data are compared and analyzed to verify the correctness of the theoretical results.Our work provides theoretical basis for further engineering application.
