丙烯腈吸收塔放空管线噪声控制与计算

摘    要:某石油化工总厂丙烯腈车间的吸收塔在放空负荷增大以后产生了较严重的噪声,对生产环境造成极大污染,在距该塔30m处噪声值为85dB,距塔80m处达83dB。为改善工厂以及周边厂家的生产环境,进行了噪声控制方案设计及消音器设计。项目实施后,噪声绝对值降低了20dB,噪声幅度降低达24%。

Abstract:Great noise was produced in an acrylonitrile absorption tower of a petrochemical plant because of production increases. This caused great environmental pollution. The noise value at 30 m and 80 rn from the tower was 85 decibels and 83 decibels respectively. The plant entrusted Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology to remake the exhausting pipeline to reduce noise and improve neighboring production environment. Therefore, we made the design of noise control program and muffler. The absolute value of noise was reduced by 20 decibels and cut down by 24%.
