FRP管道内固化控制系统设计

摘    要:研究了玻璃纤维增强塑料(FRP)管道的固化原理以及内固化加热系统结构,设计了基于PLC的内加热固化控制系统,介绍了控制系统软硬件设计和控制流程.实践应用表明,该系统性能稳定,温度控制精度高,可实现对高压FRP管道优质、高效加热固化.

Abstract:The curing principle of FRP pipe as well as the system structure of internal heating curing process is researched.The internal heating curing control system based on PLC is designed.The design of system hardware and software and the control process are described.The application shows that the system with high temperature control precision is stable,which can realize high quality and efficiency curing of high-pressure FRP pipe.
