硅酸钠的助洗性能研究

摘    要:硅酸钠作为无磷助洗剂,其性能受到合成洗涤剂业的广泛关注。通过各种类型的硅酸钠束缚Ca2+、Mg2+能力、pH值缓冲能力、抗灰份沉积能力、去污能力的试验研究并与三聚磷酸钠进行比较。试验证明:各种类型的硅酸钠在实际试验中都显示自己的优势和不足,若单独使用其综合性能尚不足以完全替代三聚磷酸钠。但如果和有关高分子聚合物配合使用则完全可以作为合成洗涤剂的主要助剂使用。

Abstract:As a phosphorus-free washing assistant, sodium silicate's performance draws keen attention in assisting washing. This article studies its abilities in astricting Ca~(2 ) and Mg~(2 ), buffering pH value, anti-precipitation of calcium carbonate and decontamination. Meanwhile, its effects are compared with those of STPP. It is proved that all kinds of sodium silicates have their own advantages and disadvantages respectively in experiments. Its comprehensive performance is not satisfying enough to replace STPP if used alone. However, if applied together with relevant macromolecule polymers, sodium silicate can be employed as a major assistant in compound scours.
