聚氨酯/聚磷酸胺体系的阻燃及力学性能

摘    要:应用热重量分析,水平燃烧,应力-应变和扫描电镜等实验手段,研究了聚氨酯/聚磷酸胺(PU/PPA)体系的热分解特性以及阻燃和力学性能,实验结果表明,随阻燃剂PPA添加量的增加,PU的热分解峰明显地移向 温,并与阻燃机理有关,在PU中加入PPA可显著改善PU的阻燃性能,但同时也使的力不性强度明显下降。

Abstract:The thermodegradation characteristics and flame retardancy as well as mechanical properties of PU/PPA were investigated by means of thermogravimetry, burning test and scanning electron microscopy. The experimental results showed that the thermodegradation temperatures of the PU/PPA samples lowered significantly with increasing PPA content. This phenomenon was related to the mechanism of flame retardancy. Adding PPA into the PU matrix greatly improved the flame retardancy of PU while decreased the tensile strength of the material obviously.
