摘    要:针对电铲铲杆焊接所面临的技术难题,为减少焊接变形、提高焊接质量,采用CO2气体保护焊,改进焊接工艺,运用新的焊接设备和焊接材料配合焊接自动化操作。试验结果表明,对CO2气体保护焊进行自动化改造,使焊接电流、焊接电压与半自动化行车小车行走速度相匹配,实现了焊缝无接头、无缺陷,节约了材料,改善了作业环境,进一步提高焊接生产效率,降低焊接成本和劳动强度。通过改造,焊接后铲杆的各种参数明显改善,其经济效益明显。

Abstract:Welding rod for the shovel blade facing technical difficulties, in order to reduce the welding deformation and welding quality. In this study, CO2 gas welding, welding technology improved, the use of new welding equipment and welding materials with welding automation. The results showed that CO2 gas shielded welding on the automated transformation, so that welding current, welding voltage and travel speed semi-automatic road car matched to achieve the weld joints free, no defects, saving material and improving the operating environment, to further improve welding productivity and reduce welding costs and labor intensity. Through the transformation of the welding rod after the blade significantly improved the various parameters, their economic benefit.
