摘    要:本文采用磁粉探伤技术对1000m3液化石油气球罐进行无损检测,并结合金相试验结果对球罐横向裂纹萌生及扩展原因进行了分析。分析表明,现场安装时组对和焊接工艺控制不严格、焊后热处理未达预期目标是造成焊缝产生大量延迟裂纹的主要原因。

Abstract:Magnetic Particle Testing(MT)was used to examine a 1000m3 Liquefied Petroleum Gas(LPG)spherical tank,and the cause of transverse cracks initiation and pnpagation of the tank was analyzed by metallographic analysis.The results show that welding procedure and post—weld heat treatment were main cause of the delay crack the initiation,and alternating stress in its application process of the speed of the crack propagation.
