WB36钢焊条国产化研究

摘    要:研制出了与WB36钢相配套的超低氢碱性焊条,并与2 种同类进口焊条进行了施焊对比。 结果表明,研制的焊条在工艺性能、力学性能、扩散氢含量等方面优于或相当于进口焊条。 工艺评定及实际应用结果证明,研制的焊条适用于WB36钢的焊接,能够满足工程需要,可以替代进口产品。

Abstract:The authors have developed extra-low alkaline hydrogen electrode matching WB36 steel,and compared with 2 kinds of imported electrode.The compared results indicate that the developed electrode is priory or equal to the imported ones in process performance,mechanical properties,expanded hydrogen contents and other aspects.The process evaluation and practice also indicate that the developed electrode is suitable for WB36 steel welding,meets engineering requirements,and can substitute imported products.
