纳米TiO2在氟碳涂料(PVDF)中的光催化性能研究

摘    要:为了提高氟碳涂料的去污性能,通过分光光度计测量纳米TiO2在甲基红溶液中的透光率变化,研究了纳米TiO2的催化特性,同时重点测试了纳米TiO2在氟碳漆中对涂层的性能影响,并且研究了紫外光照射条件下,含纳米TiO2的氟碳漆在铝合金表面的光催化自清洁效果.结果表明:TiO2具有良好的光催化特性,添加TiO2的氟碳漆在铝合金表面具有明显的自清洁作用,且不影响氟碳漆的原有性能.根据以上实验结果,探讨了TiO2在氟碳漆中的催化作用机理.

Abstract:In order to improve the detergency performance of fluorocarbon paint,the photocatalysis performance of nano-TiO2 in methyl red solution was studied by measuring the variation of light transmittance with spectrophotometer.The effect of nano-TiO2 on fluorocarbon paint performance was determined,the photocatalysis performance and self-cleaning impact of fluorocarbon paint layer containing nano-TiO2 on aluminum alloy sheet when exposed under ultraviolet light was studied.The results indicate that good photocata...
