全液压矫直机阀控缸系统的建模及实验分析

摘    要:为了使全液压矫直机的液压伺服系统控制更精确、系统更稳定,从工程实际出发,以阀芯控制电压为输入信号,液压缸位移为输出信号,建立了基于高频响非对称比例伺服阀控制非对称缸的数学模型,并且通过仿真分析和实验室应用,验证了该系统模型的正确性。

Abstract:For a more accurate and more stable hydraulic servo system of the full-hydraulicleveler, from engineering reality that the spool control voltage was as an input signal and the cylinder displacement was as an output signal, a mathematical model was established herein based on high frequency response asymmetrical proportional servo valve controlling asymmetrical cylinder. The model was proved by simulation analysis and applications in the laboratory.
