| Abstract: | The CMT(Cold Metal Transfer) technic is a revolution in the MIG/MAG welding technology.Thin and ultrathin sheets(thickness of 0.3 mm) can be welded as well as steel and aluminum can be joined together because of the low thermal input in this technology.Technological principles,characteristics and applications of the CMT welding technology were introduced in this paper. |
