| 摘 要： | 计量水分是商品煤毛量折算净量的依据。一般,在合同中都有规定。电精煤是山西焦煤公司开发的品种。由于其合同中没有规定计量水分,致使供需双方在计量环节异议较多。本文对照煤炭产品计量水分的有关规定,结合电精煤产品自身特性,建议在买卖合同中对其规定计量水分。

| Abstract: | Accounting of the moisture content in the commercial coal is a base for net weight conversion of coal, which is stipulated in the contract generally. The fine power coal is a new type of coal developed by Shanxi Coking Coal Group. The author analyzed the accounting of the moisture content of fine power coal according to the moisture counting regulations for coal products and combined with the haracteristics of the fine power coal. Finally the author stressed that the accounting method of the moisture content should be regulated in the contract concerned with practice examples. |
