| 摘 要： | 采用ASP.NET技术开发了一套基于B/S模式、交互型、派生型复合的Web-CAPP系统,用于建立企业网络环境下的CAPP应用.为了解决企业网络环境下CAPP系统相似工艺检索的问题,提出了零件关键标识的概念,采用基于零件关键标识的实例推理方法实现了工艺派生.阐述了基于零件关键标识的实例推理工艺派生方法的逻辑流程,提出了基于零件关键标识的实例推理相似工艺检索算法,建立了零件分类码体系,构造了零件分类码法、关键机床表法以及相似工艺合并法的计算公式.

| Abstract: | The B/S based, interactive and derivable Web-CAPP system is developed by ASP.NET technology which can be used to construct CAPP application under extranet environment. In order to solve the problem of CAPP similar process search under extranet environment, the concept of part key identifier is advanced and the part key identifier based CBR is used to realize derives of process. The logic flow based on CBR is expatiated and the part key identifier based similar process search method is put forward. The architecture of part classification code is established. The formulas of part classify code method, and key machine table method and similar process combination method are constructed. |
