| 摘 要： | 介绍了乌鲁木齐石化聚酯装置真空系统的组成,包括EG循环,增压泵,EJ喷淋等,影响整个真空系统效果的因素及聚酯装置失真空的处理方法。经过在线研究整改,聚酯装置的生产效益有了明显的改善,产品优等品率可达99.7%。

| Abstract: | The vaccum system composition of PET plant in Urumqi Petrochemical Company were introduced, including EG circulation, booster pump and EJ spray. The factors that have effects on the vaccum system and the treatment for the loss vaccum of PET plant were discussed. After online modification, the product benefit of PET plant was improved obviously,the product high-grade rate can reach 99.7%. |
