基于CAXA平台的三维数字化人机检测技术研究

摘    要:为解决产品开发过程中缺乏人机检测手段的问题,本文研究了工业设计过程涉及到的人机工程学内容,提出了一种新的人机检测技术,即在设计软件平台上建立人机检测模型库,用以帮助设计师对其设计进行人机合理性判断,并通过三维建模和软件编程的方法将人机检测模型库移植到数字化设计软件CAXA实体设计中,并且初步实现了这一设想。最后,通过产品实例验证了该技术在设计中的应用。

Abstract:To resolve the absence of man-machine measurement means during product design, this paper studied the ergonomics and proposed a new man-machine measurement technique. A man-machine measurement model bank is built upon the platform of design software, which aimes at assisting designers to judge the man-machine rationality of their design works. The model bank is transplanted into the digitized design software of CAXA by using the methods of 3D modeling and software programming. Finally, the application of the technique to design work was verified by the instance of a product.
