双针床单贾卡经编织物网眼数量与送经量的关系

针对双针床单贾卡织物更换品种时送经量设置困难的问题，在经编机上使用166.67 dtex涤纶全牵伸丝以及33.33 dtex涤纶单丝等进行织造，测试了常用鞋材上机密度为15 横列/ cm时3 种不同类型的网眼大小与送经量的关系，并用回归分析等方法对试验数据进行对比和分析，得出了3 种不同网眼组织送经量的变化趋势和区别。结果表明：网眼大小是影响送经量的高度显著性因素；且对3 种不同类型的网眼组织影响程度不同，网眼每增加2 个线圈，送经量减少12 ~ 23 mm/ 腊克。

Relationship between number of double-bed single-jacquard fabric meshandlet-off values

Aiming at the problem of difficulty in setting the let-off value when the technology of double-bedsingle-jacquard fabrics is changed, the experiments werecompleted with 166.67 dtexand 33.33dtexpolyester on warp dnitted machine, and the relationship between the number of three different meshes and the let-off was tested when the density was tested when the density was 15 course/cm. The change trendency and differences of the let-off of three different mesh were got bycomparing and analyzing the experimentaldata through the methods of thelet-off and has different degree of influence on the three different types of meshes. The number of themesh increases by 2 coils, and the let-off reduce by 12-23 mm/rack.
